·Massive thanks to Joy for making the most fantastic 80th birthday cake at such short notice. Everyone said it was the nicest tasting cake they had eaten. The vanilla sponge with cream and jam was a timeless classic, cooked to perfection. The icing on the cake literally was the icing on the cake - perfectly smooth fondant with exquisitely dainty pink and lilac flowers on top - perfect!!!

·We ordered a 21st birthday cake and not only was it beautiful and incredibly professionally presented it tasted absolutely gorgeous. Very rich and chocolatey and a delicious moist sponge too. Went down very well with the birthday boy. And the rest of us. The tall “drip” cake is deceptively huge so there’s still a lot of slices left even after the birthday (lucky for us!). Would definitely recommend 👍
